You are responsible for the review, drafting, and negotiation of complex national and international contracts, particularly in the area of IT, technology, and commercial law. You provide legal advice and support to the specialist departments and sales, particularly in customer projects, tenders, and contract negotiations. You create, develop, and maintain contract templates as well as general and special terms and conditions, particularly for IT, technology, license, cloud, and service contracts. You support the Head of Legal with administrative tasks and special projects. In doing so, you contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the compliance management system and support selected compliance and governance topics. You maintain the digital contract management system and support our managers.

You have a successfully completed degree in law (Second State Examination). With sound knowledge of IT, contract, general terms and conditions, and corporate law, as well as ideally initial experience or particular interest in compliance and governance topics, you can score points with us. You ideally have initial experience in labor law and professional experience in a commercial law firm or the legal department of an internationally operating company. You communicate in negotiation-proficient German and English. You bring an independent, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working. You have an interest and a good understanding of technical, digital, and data-driven business models as well as technology-related future topics such as artificial intelligence and related EU legislative processes. You are open and willing to familiarize yourself with new subject areas.
