Sales Representative / Field Sales Representative

Deutsche Automobil Treuhand develops data, information and IT solutions for the automotive industry. As a field sales representative, you will acquire new customers, sell IT products, data and services, and support their implementation and training.

• Acquire new customers in cooperation with colleagues and the Head of Field Sales
• Work with car dealerships, workshops, body and paint shops and assessors
• Sell IT products, data and services from first contact through closing
• Sell DAT products and services as well as those of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies
• Work on innovative topics such as artificial intelligence and telematics
• Analyze customer product and process requirements and describe them precisely
• Support the introduction of new products and services and conduct customer training

The role requires several years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive or IT sector, as well as experience in field sales, direct sales, customer training and presentations. Training or further education as an automotive technician, automotive master technician, bodywork master technician or automotive business administrator is an advantage; career changers with a technical or commercial qualification and a strong interest in the automotive industry are also welcome. Applicants should have good knowledge of Microsoft products, work independently and in an organized manner, hold a Class B driving licence, be willing to travel and speak very good German and good English.
