• Learn the foundations of customer advice and support, marketing and project management
• At this unique, listed station, which will be fully modernised in the coming years, learn about our travel offers, service and safety provisions, and railway operations
• Support and advise customers at the DB information desk, on the platform and through mobile service, acting as their first contact on site and helping them have a positive travel experience
• Use modern communication and sales systems in your daily work within a nationwide professional network

• You have successfully completed school or will do so soon, and your school leaving qualification is recognised in Germany
• Your German skills are at least at B2 level
• You enjoy foreign languages
• You appreciate that public transport in the northwest runs around the clock and are willing to work shifts, including occasional nights and weekends
• You stay calm and keep track of things even in difficult situations
• You are responsible, reliable, flexible and able to travel
