3-year apprenticeship as a railway worker in train traffic control at DB InfraGO AG in Schwandorf. Vocational school: state vocational school 1 in Landshut. You will later control trains from a signal box.

• You learn to control train traffic safely and on time
• You are often in contact with other staff in train control and control centers as well as train drivers
• You learn when to press the right keys and buttons to switch signals (traffic lights) or points (transitions for changing tracks)
• During your training you become familiar with operating regulations and safety-related rules
• You become familiar with various signal box technologies, from classic mechanics to digital operation in the electronic signal box
• After your training you will work in shifts, also on weekends and public holidays

• You will soon have successfully completed school with the qualifying Mittelschule certificate, and your certificate is recognized in Germany
• Your German skills are at least B2 level
• You stay calm and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You gladly take responsibility and work with focus
