• You are responsible for carrying out wagon technical inspections and brake tests on the car transport wagons of the island service
• You process your orders independently after repair and updating of the work backlog in the IT system, observing economic, operational and occupational safety requirements
• You fix faults on our trains and thereby ensure high customer comfort and availability of the long-distance fleet
• You are responsible for carrying out repair work on passenger coaches, car transport wagons and locomotives on separate order
• You are responsible for storing fuel in the storage tanks of the DB Energie fuel station in Westerland
• Your work as cleaning dispatcher and facility supervisor in vehicle cleaning at the Niebüll depot rounds off your profile

• You have completed vocational training, e.g. as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or you are a skilled worker in electrical engineering
• Qualification as Instandhalter C should be present or must be acquired
• You work independently and act reliably and solution-oriented even under time pressure
• You like to develop yourself, e.g. by taking part in training, and are willing to acquire additional or missing qualifications (fitness for shift and night work)
• Modern communication is part of your everyday life and skilled use of tablets and apps is one of your skills
• Willingness to work irregular shifts and rotating duty is a matter of course for you
• You have a valid driver's license class B
