Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician for Signals and Points

As soon as possible, DB InfraGO AG in Uelzen is looking for signal mechanics (f/m/d). You complete a tailored internal training program that supports you on your way to becoming a signal mechanic, developing your skills and learning extensive knowledge for your new role. Applications from already trained signal mechanics and points mechanics are also welcome.

• You work outdoors on signals, points and interlockings along the railway lines
• You inspect, maintain and repair electrical and mechanical components
• You search for faults systematically and fix them directly on site
• You use measuring devices to analyse the condition of the systems and record the results digitally
• You carry out assignments in a team in your region
• Your working day starts and ends at your fixed base

• A completed apprenticeship in an electrical trade, e.g. as an electrician, electronics technician or mechatronics technician
• You enjoy working outdoors and are fine with work at height (max. 10m) and in the track area
• After the induction period, you are willing to take part in on-call duty
• Willingness to learn, plus a structured and reliable way of working
• A valid class B driving licence is necessary to reach regional work sites
