Employee DB Information and Mobile Service

DB InfraGO AG is looking for an employee for DB Information and mobile service in Mainz, full-time, permanent. Start: as soon as possible.

• Part of customer service at DB Information incl. mobile service on the platform, active passenger support in the station incl. help boarding, changing and alighting
• Non-discriminatory passenger information using the provided information systems, also during disruptions, platform changes or cancelled trains
• Helping travellers and working out travel alternatives for missed connections in coordination with the 3-S control centre
• Tasks related to passenger rights (e.g. taxi vouchers)
• Checking notices and brochures, accepting lost property, issuing delay certificates
• Carrying out special assignments for station management or head of station service

• Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. retail clerk, hotel clerk or restaurant specialist
• Ideally good knowledge of transport geography
• Enjoy teamwork, team cohesion is important to you
• Proficient in IT applications such as MS Office
• Willing to work shifts and rotating duty, including weekends and holidays, and cover absences at Bad Kreuznach and Worms
• Class B driving licence
• Strong service orientation, high commitment, assertiveness, communication skills and flexibility
