Cleaning Foreman and Quality Assurance Specialist

Full-time permanent position at DB Services GmbH in Rostock as cleaning foreman and quality assurance specialist for vehicle and building cleaning.

• Maintain and look after the quality management system for vehicle and building cleaning, and ensure its implementation and compliance
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness, receive the updated work order at the start of shift and implement it in your work group
• Actively support work processes and ensure work steps, complete service delivery and rules for handling cleaning agents and equipment are followed
• Document quality defects, irregularities and performance deviations and initiate corrective measures
• Constant contact with the clients' representatives

• Ideally successfully completed training in a cleaning profession, e.g. building cleaner, glass cleaner, or alternatively several years of proven experience as a cleaner
• Optionally first experience as a manager or in quality assurance in a service company
• Resilience, friendliness and customer orientation
• Strong experience in managing staff as well as a high level of empathy and assertiveness
• Willingness to work shifts, class B driving licence and fluent German in speech and writing
