• Rotation through all departments: Purchasing, Finance & Controlling, HR, Materials Management, Order Processing/Shipping (Supply Chain)
• Internal internships in Production, Technology, Logistics and Workshops
• Administration was yesterday: Proactive participation in daily business
• Independent handling of smaller tasks
• Attendance at vocational college in Dortmund, block or part-time instruction
• Participation in company and external supplementary training events

• You have at least a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
