Architect / Civil Engineer Building Construction DHL

Civil engineer as field project manager (f/m/d) for logistics building construction in the Rhine-Main area at DHL Corporate Real Estate. Full-time, permanent, starting as soon as possible.

• Project management: For your projects in the Rhine-Main area you manage the planning, realization and billing of construction measures, always in line with current building standards and best practices
• Building standards and compliance: You keep an eye on how construction work is carried out and make sure building standards and regulations are met. You are also responsible for construction documentation and CAD as-built data.
• Consulting: As a subject expert you advise our business units on building in existing structures and coordinate consulting services

• Qualification: Successfully completed degree in construction or relevant professional experience in site management or building construction
• Know-how: Practical experience in planning and carrying out construction projects and a basic technical understanding of real estate. Experience with CAD programs is an advantage.
• Personality: You impress us with your independent way of working, your strong communication and your commitment
• Mobility: You hold a class B driving license and German skills of at least C1
