• Organising and coordinating appointments, meetings and processes
• Communicating with customers, colleagues and external partners - by phone, email and digitally
• Creating documents, presentations and statistics
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Supporting digitalisation processes
• Insight into two elective qualifications, e.g. Marketing & Sales or Assistance/Secretarial
• You work with modern office and collaboration tools and are supported by experienced trainers.

• You have completed Realschule, (Higher) Handelsschule or (Fach-)Abitur with good grades in maths, German and English by the start of the apprenticeship
• You have good German skills (at least B2 level)
• You communicate skilfully and already know MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You are reliable, like working in a team and contribute personally
• You learn new things quickly and are open to digital processes
