As a gerontopsychiatric specialist (f/m/d), you will lovingly care for the preparation and implementation of individual and group support for people in need of care in the nursing home. You are a support, anchor, help and assistant – for the people entrusted to us and our nursing assistants, trainees and interns.
What You'll Learn
- Individual and activating social support for our residents
- Preparation and implementation of individual and group support with our residents
- Assistance with daily living
- Implementation of care documentation and planning
- Close contact with residents, relatives and physicians
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
- Participation in the professional guidance and development of nursing assistants, trainees and interns
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
- Additional qualification as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (f/m/d)
- Enjoy working with older and care-dependent people
- Empathy and sense of responsibility
