Apprenticeship as an office management clerk at DHL, right in the middle of daily operations with varied tasks. Duration: 3 years.

• With us you don't sit in the boss's outer office but right in the middle of operations. Exciting and varied tasks await you in this office job.
• You juggle phone, email, calendar, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• You support staff planning and staff deployment in the letter centre and at the branch's other sites.
• You also compile figures, data and facts for statistics and presentations.

• You have completed Realschule, (Higher) Commercial School or (technical) Abitur with good grades in maths, German and English by the start of training
• You have good German skills (at least B2 level)
• You communicate skilfully and already know MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You prefer working in a team
• You are a quick learner and reliable
• You value good teamwork and friendly treatment
