What You'll Learn
- Carry out data analyses and simulations using operational performance indicators in coordination with specialist departments, and initiate measures based on the results
- Report performance indicators on volume trends and support their analysis and improvement
- Develop and implement ideas and models based on analysed data to improve the transport network
- Support further development in digitalisation and automation
- Work independently on decision papers and projects
- Advise specialist departments on developing and implementing new approaches to process improvement
Requirements
- Completed university degree in mathematics, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in business controlling and business intelligence applications
- Knowledge of databases (SQL)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience in effective communication with management
- Very good spoken and written German and good spoken and written English
- A structured and independent approach to work
- Strong commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Very good communication skills, a confident manner and assertiveness
- Strong analytical and organisational skills and innovative thinking to develop suitable solutions
