• Prepare for an operational management role and develop skills in communication, staff management and running daily operations

• Good Abitur or a university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or an equivalent school qualification obtained before the programme starts
• Good grades in German, mathematics and English
• Very good German skills, at least C1 level
• Strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Interest in business and logistics processes
• Motivation to take responsibility early and work towards a management role
• Initiative, assertiveness and a high level of reliability
• A category B driving licence or willingness to obtain one during the programme
