In the Post & Parcel Sales division of DHL Group, 1,400 employees work to provide business customers from all industries with innovative, tailored services for shipping letters and parcels. We serve corporations as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, supported by teams such as Sales Management, Sales Support, and Billing. • You communicate proactively with business customers and internal teams
• You develop individual solutions, offers, and contracts
• You actively shape our customer relationship management
• You prepare data for sales-relevant analyses
• You coordinate meetings and events, both internal and external
• You create presentations for management
• You work closely with various areas, such as our logistics centers, pricing, and customer service

• You have a (technical) high school diploma or will complete it soon, ideally with a focus on business administration
• You have very good grades in German and Math
• You know the basics of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Your English skills are solid in both spoken and written form
• You are communicative, enjoy approaching people, and have no hesitation about new contacts
• You enjoy analytical and conceptual work and like to make independent decisions
• You enjoy teamwork and master complex tasks creatively and flexibly
