Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Dialogue Marketing (m/f/d) In the Post & Parcel Sales division of DHL Group, you support companies in finding the right shipping and communication solutions for their requirements. During your apprenticeship, you will get to know various areas of sales, are in direct exchange with our business customers and take on responsibility early on in varied projects. • Advise business customers by phone and digitally on our post and parcel solutions
• Process customer inquiries independently and develop suitable solutions
• Prepare offers and accompany sales measures
• Prepare and conduct customer conversations professionally
• Get to know contracts and customer-related processes
• Work on exciting projects and contribute own ideas
• Use digital sales and communication tools

• You have the intermediate school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or general university entrance qualification as well as good grades in German, Mathematics and English
• You enjoy communicating with people and can express yourself well
• You have fun in consulting and selling
