About this Apprenticeship
DHL Freight offers a three-year warehouse apprenticeship in Landsberg starting on 1 August 2027. You will work with goods, computers and forklifts and help with storage and shipping.
What You'll Learn
- Do you like keeping things tidy and want to work with both computers and forklifts? People like you are welcome in the DHL warehouse.
- Whether the warehouse holds DVDs, car batteries, shoes, soft drinks or refrigerators, you use a forklift to keep everything organised.
- As a warehouse logistics specialist, you receive goods, store them in the right place and find them when needed.
- To keep everything running smoothly, you regularly check stock levels, temperature and humidity.
- When goods are ready to ship, you handle packaging, labelling, accompanying documents and loading them onto trucks.
Requirements
- A good lower or intermediate secondary school qualification
- Good grades in maths, German and English
- Physical fitness and commitment
- Enjoy practical work and getting involved
- An interest in working with technical equipment and systems
- Work reliably and accurately, preferably as part of a team
