• Take responsibility for shipment handling, including the following:
• Handle freight forwarding procedures and monitor international shipments
• Organise, manage and monitor entire transport chains with internal and external service providers
• Communicate with customers, the product team and Global Service Centers
• Take operational, quality and financial responsibility for shipment files
• Follow internal processes, requirements and guidelines, including Station Metrics
• Ensure the quality of documents produced
• Take responsibility for preparing and checking internal and external invoices
• Take ownership of customer relationships as an integral part of your work
• Continuously review and improve supply chains

• Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable commercial training
• Experience in ocean freight is desirable
• Computer skills, including Office 365
• Good administrative skills
• Very good German and good English, spoken and written
