• You assist our occupational physicians (m/f/d) with examinations of employees and operational offerings
• You care for patients before, during and after treatment, both in the occupational health practice and at external appointments
• You organize the consultation schedule, coordinate appointments, record patient personal details and maintain health records
• Conducting phone calls with patients, supervisors, managers and external physicians
• You handle general correspondence and fill out forms and templates

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) or comparable training with medical focus
• Very good German skills and proficient in MS Office
• Class B driver's license and willingness to perform field service duties
• Enjoy continuous further training
