About this Apprenticeship
DHL Freight is looking for a full-time customer service clerk for its Malsfeld site. In this varied role, you are responsible for informing customers, partners and our own branches throughout the entire shipment process.
What You'll Learn
- You have the overview! You handle customer, partner and internal branch inquiries as well as complaints throughout the entire shipment process.
- You love customers! Your daily tasks include handling active and passive information. Your goal is to look after and inform our customers as well as possible.
- You are quality-conscious! You always pay attention to preventing and minimizing damage in shipment processes and also carefully handle our special transactions.
Requirements
- Experience: You have commercial training in freight forwarding and logistics services or similar. You already have experience in freight forwarding and ideally in customer service.
- Personality: You enjoy dealing with customers and colleagues. You have good coordination, assertiveness and improvisation skills and find a solution even in difficult situations.
- Skills: You have good German and English skills and are proficient with MS Office.
