About this Apprenticeship
For our site in Malsfeld, DHL Freight is looking for a motivated field sales representative (m/f/d).
What You'll Learn
- You are a sales talent! With tact and negotiating skill you win new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships. You are actively involved in selling our products and services and handle price negotiations.
- You have the overview! You know the market in your sales area and carry out market and competitor analyses in close cooperation with sales management.
- You set the direction! Together with various interfaces you help with annual planning of sales, revenue and margin targets and coordinate strategic offers and tenders.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge: You have completed commercial training in logistics and freight forwarding. You have good user skills in common MS Office programs. You know the market and always stay up to date so you can serve your customers as well as possible. Very good German skills, spoken and written, round off your profile.
- Personality: You work precisely and always keep the customer in focus. Through strong communication and empathy, you win over customers and other stakeholders. You organize yourself and your tasks well, but equally enjoy working in a team.
- Sales experience: Ideally you have already worked in field sales and your heart beats for sales and logistics.
