Fully Qualified Lawyer / In-House Counsel Employment Law

Post & Paket Deutschland, a business unit of DHL Group, is looking for a fully qualified lawyer / in-house counsel for employment law in Hanover, starting immediately, full-time and permanent.

• Out-of-court advice to HR departments on all questions of individual and collective labor law, especially on implementing collective agreement rules
• Independent representation of the organizational units in labor court proceedings
• Participation in concluding works agreements
• Design and delivery of labor law courses, especially for managers
• Giving talks on labor law topics
• Working in projects and audits with a labor law connection

• You have successfully passed the 2nd state law examination and ideally already have experience in individual and collective labor law
• First experience in legal advice at a law firm focused on labor law, an association or a company is an advantage
• You are willing to get up to speed quickly, including in related areas of law
• In addition to a competent and confident manner, you also have negotiation skills
• You bring good teamwork and communication skills
• A careful, independent and goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
