Apprenticeship as a Social Insurance Specialist

Dual apprenticeship as a social insurance specialist combining theory and practice. Apprentices advise people covered by statutory insurance, work at the interface between insured persons and the insurance provider, and learn at the KBS Campus. There are 20 apprenticeship places available.

Advising and supporting people covered by statutory insurance in cases involving old age, illness, or the need for care; working as an interface between insured persons and the insurance provider; applying legal regulations and supporting a functioning social security system.

Intermediate secondary education, for example Realschulabschluss, completion of grade 10 at a grammar school, commercial school, or grade 10 at a Hauptschule/Type B; confident German language skills at least at B2 level; friendly and reliable manner; discretion when handling confidential customer data; willingness to work with legal regulations; ability to work both in a team and independently.
