Apprenticeship as IT Systems Integration Specialist

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nordbayern (German Pension Insurance North Bavaria) is a modern and future-proof training company and employer as a regional provider of statutory pension insurance. Customer orientation is a matter of course for us. Start every year on September 1st as an apprentice in IT systems integration at the Bayreuth location. The three-year apprenticeship includes theoretical training at the vocational school in block form, practical training in the IT department supplemented by digital learning content, as well as interesting training courses, explorations and career-practical projects. You complete a two-part final examination at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (written part and in-company project work). With appropriate performance, we are happy to hire you at the Bayreuth location.

Apprenticeship allowance: 1st year 1,293.26 EUR gross/month, 2nd year 1,343.20 EUR gross/month, 3rd year 1,389.02 EUR gross/month. Annual special payment and additional social benefits of the public service. Coverage of the costs of the Bavarian reduced-fare ticket. Bonus of 400 EUR gross after passing the final exam. 39-hour weekly working time, flextime during practical phases, 30 vacation days. Own laptop (also for vocational school). Free learning materials.
