What You'll Learn
- 24/7/365 helpline support via phone and email as well as technical support and consulting for internal field service engineers and distributors for our ASMPT line and factory hardware solutions on a rotation basis
- Global on-site support for escalations and installations
- Support and collaboration in creating documentation and training content for our ASMPT line and factory hardware solutions
- Create, prepare, and publish technical information
- Represent the service area in developer rounds and corresponding meetings
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of ASMPT line and factory-level hardware portfolio as well as ASMPT automation solutions
- Several years of experience working with SIPLACE systems (at least 5 years)
- Confident handling of tools for error analysis and resolution
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Class B driver's license
- Confident and professional demeanor as well as very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
