Product Owner Workforce Management

Responsible for the functional and technical development and operation of the workforce management platform Peopleware/Invision, management of functional requirements, product backlog management, stakeholder management, and operational product control.

Responsibility for the functional and technical development and operation of the workforce management platform Peopleware/Invision. Holistic management of functional requirements from analysis, conception, implementation and testing to go-live. Product backlog management, prioritization of development needs, economical and sustainable product development. Coordination of internal and external IT service providers, ensuring quality, deadlines and successful implementation. Support for architecture decisions, accompaniment of technical reviews, further development of system landscape. Responsibility for test, release and operational processes, error analysis, stable platform operation. Central role in stakeholder management: networking of specialist departments, call centers, IT service providers, software manufacturers, works councils, close cooperation with Product Owner ASES/ATOSS. Operational product control including budget, licenses, service provider control, continuous development of the operating model.

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification. At least five years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Software Developer or comparable interface function. Knowledge of workforce management environment and Peopleware/Invision or ASES/ATOSS. Solid knowledge of software development processes, requirements engineering and agile working methods. Ideally practical experience in software development or technical system analysis. Experience in test and release management as well as operation of business-critical applications is an advantage. Enjoy working with service providers and implementing demanding IT and digitalization projects. Strong communication and moderation skills, personal responsibility, solution orientation, very good German and good English skills.
