Working Student Outsourcing Governance, DORA & Service Provider Management

You support the maintenance and updating of outsourcing documentation and the information register for ICT service providers. As part of your role, you assist in the preparation, plausibility checks, and quality assurance of risk analyses and DORA-relevant assessments of ICT services. You also research regulatory requirements and support structured documentation and tracking of implementation measures. You prepare information on service providers and sub-service provider chains and maintain overviews of contracts, risks, controls, evidence, and deadlines. Furthermore, you assist with due diligence reviews, service provider evaluations, and tracking of regulatory requirements. You analyze information for risk analyses and contribute to documentation of data protection, information security, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you support the preparation of control evidence, audit-relevant documents, and measures to strengthen digital operational resilience. You create presentations, reports, and decision papers and prepare KPIs, status reports, and action items tailored to the audience. In preparing steering and management committees, you provide organizational and content support as well as documentation and follow-up of resolutions and measures.

You are an enrolled student (f/m/d) in business informatics, computer science, business law, business administration, economics, or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you already have some exposure to DORA, outsourcing, information security, data protection, compliance, or risk management. Experience in project management and knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI applications are a plus. You are also interested in IT, digitalization, governance, risk management, and regulatory issues. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. An analytical mindset and a careful, structured way of working characterize you. You work independently, reliably, and responsibly, approaching tasks with a strong service and solution orientation. Moreover, you have excellent written communication skills and enjoy making complex matters understandable and management-ready.
