Automotive Mechatronics Technician as Roadside Assistance Driver

• Provide professional assistance: With your automotive expertise, you offer our members reliable and professional help at the breakdown site. Through comprehensive onboarding and support from experienced colleagues, we ensure you can start successfully with us.
• Solve technical problems: You diagnose and rectify technical defects on motor vehicles and bicycles to make them roadworthy again. You also provide competent information to road users and inform them about possible follow-up measures.
• Coordination and collaboration: In close coordination with our dispatch and external partners, you ensure that the breakdown assistance process runs smoothly.
• Support and acquire members: You are the first point of contact for our members on site, advise them on their membership, inform them about additional services, and win new members as a representative of ADAC.

• Professional qualifications: You have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or automotive electrician (f/m/d) and are willing to apply and further develop your skills.
• Mobility: A valid class B driver's license (or old class 3) is required so you can reach our assignments safely and reliably.
• Service orientation: Our members appreciate an independent and reliable working style as well as a friendly and professional demeanor.

We offer you a permanent employment contract with a weekly working time of 37 hours, which will be reduced to 36 hours from 2027. Your above-average salary is rounded off by holiday and Christmas bonuses as well as an annual bonus. You receive surcharges of up to 100% for work on public holidays, Sundays, late shifts, night shifts, and overtime.
