This position is part-time with 30 hours per week. The contractual employer is Bayerische Landesbrandversicherung AG, one of our companies.

You act as advisor and designer for managers on all HR topics: e.g. employee management, remuneration, performance management, individual employment law, talent management, operational HR planning and HR key figures. You coordinate and supervise works council work as well as advising managers on individual employment law issues. You bring together needs and customer perspectives in the development of HR products and concepts. You support the rollout of HR products. You accompany our specialist departments in defined change topics in cooperation with other areas. You accompany our development conferences.

At least 3 years of professional experience in all Human Resources areas. You have a completed degree in business administration (or a comparable degree with relevance to HR work, e.g. business psychology) or an equivalent qualification. Ideally knowledge of collective agreements and labor law. Experience with change management processes. Lots of commitment, persuasiveness, and structured way of working. Confident dealing with management level. Open and communicative manner as well as humor.
