About this Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship covers technical service, field service, and the installation and maintenance of copper, fiber-optic and 5G networks.
What You'll Learn
- You install internet, telephone and IT systems
- You set up devices and networks
- You identify and fix faults
- You work directly at customer sites
- Technical service, including recording customer requests and advising customers on products
- Field service, including installing and troubleshooting connections and terminal equipment for private and business customers
- Telekom technology, including building and maintaining copper, fiber-optic and 5G networks
Requirements
- Hauptschule or Realschule certificate, Abitur or an equivalent qualification
- Interest in innovation, technology and the telecommunications industry
- Enjoyment of practical work and manual aptitude
- Interest in mathematical and technical tasks

- Attractive compensation: €1,384.96 in the first year, €1,441.95 in the second year and €1,498.94 in the third year
