Customer Dialogue Marketing Clerk Apprenticeship

Customer dialogue marketing apprenticeship with placements in the Telekom service centre, technical customer service and shop-based customer contact. The programme teaches customer advice, sales, customer retention and process optimisation.

Advising customers by telephone, chat or email; finding solutions to customer enquiries; optimising customer processes; promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lower secondary certificate, Realschulabschluss, Abitur or an equivalent qualification; enjoyment of working with people and of advising and selling; good spoken and written communication skills; planning and organisational ability with a careful and reliable working style; English skills.
