Apprenticeship in a Telekom shop involving customer advice, sales, sales-floor design and digital sales systems.

Advise customers in the shop; sell products and services; design sales areas; work with digital sales systems.

Lower secondary school-leaving certificate, intermediate school-leaving certificate, Abitur or equivalent qualification; interest in the telecommunications industry; team spirit and enjoyment of working with people, advising and selling; enthusiasm for digital media and new technologies; good spoken and written communication skills; English skills.
