• Management of your own agency
• Sales and personnel management of your existing agency employees
• Ensuring the support of our long-standing private and corporate customers in insurance matters
• Expansion of the existing portfolio through continuous acquisition of new customers and consistent cross-selling
• Control of claims management in the agency

• Completed training as insurance specialist, merchant for insurance and finance or equivalent training
• Ideally further training as insurance specialist or insurance business economist
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Willingness and potential to take on management responsibility
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the insurance industry
