Truck Driver / Concrete Mixer Driver

Our foundation is the over 175-year experience of SCHWENK Zement GmbH & Co. KG – one of the oldest family businesses in the German building materials industry, headquartered in Ulm. As a 100% subsidiary, we have pooled our strengths together since 1994 under the roof of the SCHWENK Building Materials Group. We produce high-quality, high-performance building materials for the regions of West Saxony, Central Erzgebirgskreis, and East Thuringia. Our drive is the passion for cement and concrete, powered by our strong family cohesion. What we stand for: We live our building material. This means, on one hand, that we invest our energy in the continuous development of our products and all their raw materials. This also includes optimizing our processes and structures. On the other hand, our products and solutions create infrastructure and living spaces that provide stability and connect us all. In doing so, we live responsibility towards people, nature, and the environment. Long-term partnerships are an essential component for us, because SCHWENK is a company based on willingness to perform and cohesion. What makes us so special is the goal of developing together and the pride of being a SCHWENKler. What this means for you: You become part of a family – because we work together in partnership based on trust, appreciation, and sincerity. You can rely on us – because secure jobs and the health of our workforce are close to our hearts. You experience professional and personal development – so that we are successful together in the long term. You create and experience added value with us – and are a competent solution partner both internally and externally.
