Customer Advisor

As a customer advisor at the DEVK Schönherr branch in Hof, you will advise and support private and business customers, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the agency team. The position is permanent and full-time.

Advise and support private and business customers on all insurance matters; build lasting customer relationships; acquire new customers without cold calling; review and optimize customers' current insurance coverage.

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an insurance and financial investment clerk or insurance specialist; experience in customer consulting or sales; strong communication skills, sales talent, and enthusiasm for individual advice; passenger car driving licence.
