What makes your job exciting: - Individual support of our long-standing private and business customers in all insurance matters - Expansion of your portfolio by acquiring new customers - Active approach of your customers to build lasting business relationships - Claims management and settlement of minor claims - Consistent cross-selling (sales, distribution) - Independent work – with support from our sales professionals when needed

What you should bring: - Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk (f/m/d), insurance specialist (f/m/d), merchant (f/m/d) for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification - For career changers: Completed vocational training and experience in sales (we will train you further to become a certified insurance specialist IHK) (f/m/d) - Strong communication skills and great joy in dealing with people - Organized and goal-oriented way of working - Endurance, diligence, and enthusiasm for your customers
