Together with your team, you ensure that important processes are organized, coordinated, and successfully implemented.

Create presentations for colleagues, managers, and clients. Organize and prepare meetings. Support HR processes, e.g., in the creation of documents. Manage data and documents. Support customer service and handle inquiries. Work with modern office programs and digital systems.

A school leaving certificate without unexcused absences. Very good German language skills. Interest in organization and commercial processes. Enjoyment of communication and teamwork. A careful and structured way of working. Motivation and reliability. First experiences with MS Word, PowerPoint, or Excel are an advantage.
