About this Apprenticeship
Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung. You learn corporate insurance sales from the ground up and work closely with experienced colleagues in the Customer and Branch Directorate for Commercial Associations (GVG).
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in the team at our Unna site in corporate sales and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare consultations before and after, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realised in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, hands-on challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third year – plus holiday and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries
- Talent-promoting program: bachelor's degree with further recognised qualifications, e.g. financial investment brokerage (IHK), mentoring program, additional qualifications within the university program (e.g. trainer aptitude IHK) as well as in-house training and talent development
