• Individual support of our long-standing private and corporate customers in all insurance matters online and on-site
• Expansion of the agency portfolio by acquiring new customers
• Active regular approach of your existing customers to build long-term business relationships
• You take over claims management and settlement of minor damages
• Consistent cross-selling

• Completed training in the insurance sector as an insurance specialist (m/f/d), merchant (m/f/d) for insurance and financial investments, or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in customer consulting as Key Account Manager (m/f/d), Sales Manager (m/f/d), sales representative (m/f/d), customer service representative (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d), or field service employee (m/f/d)
• Or you are a career changer (m/f/d), ideally with a commercial training, looking for a chance to gain a foothold in the insurance industry
• You enjoy inspiring people
• A class B car driver's license
