As a self-employed entrepreneur you run a DEVK agency in Saarbrücken. Permanent, full-time, start 01.10.2026. You advise customers on all insurance matters and lead your agency team.

• As a self-employed entrepreneur you run your agency and its branch offices with responsibility for earnings and results
• You are responsible for leading and developing your own agency staff
• You advise your DEVK customers comprehensively on all insurance matters and are responsible for growing your existing customer base
• You are responsible for managing claims management in your agency

• Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or insurance clerk/specialist, or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in insurance sales
• You support and challenge your team through your leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• You enjoy communicating with and advising people individually
• Car driving licence (Class B)
