Customer Advisor in the Central Service Center

The Central Service Center (ZSC) is our service hub: with passion and expertise we support our customers with questions, quotes and new claim reports. Part-time work: 15 to max. 30 hours per week, initially limited to one year, home office arrangement up to 4:1 possible.

• Phone support and advice: You are the first point of contact for our customers and help with questions about the insurance offered by DEVK.
• Final processing: You handle inquiries competently and with a focus on solutions.
• Roadside assistance calls: In case of breakdowns or accidents you are there for our customers and arrange suitable partner companies.
• Claims handling: You record new claims and secure the mobility of our customers and members.

• Completed training: You have successfully completed commercial training and ideally have first experience in telephony or call centers. Alternatively, you are currently studying.
• Insurance knowledge: First experience in insurance is an advantage
• Service orientation: You value excellent customer service and can deliver it with empathy.
• Technical skills: You have solid PC skills.
• Flexibility: Working hours from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 21:00 are no problem for you.
• Please note: Because this is a sales-related activity, a police certificate of good conduct must be presented before starting the position.
