What You'll Learn

Act as the contact for all personal and commercial policies across all insurance classes
Handle claims across all areas for personal and commercial customers
Manage Victor's Group's vehicle fleet
Support management with administrative tasks
Work independently in the field
Support sales of Victor's Group's company pension plans with company pension representatives across Germany
Process applications and manage existing company pension contracts
Monitor market and product developments while deepening your own specialist knowledge

Requirements

Completed vocational training in insurance and finance, an advanced vocational qualification in insurance, or a comparable qualification
Experience in property insurance and/or motor insurance and a willingness to keep developing your knowledge
Willingness to learn how an insurance broker pool works and work with a wide range of insurers, products and policy options
Ability to understand complex matters and enjoy developing individual solutions
Enjoyment of being the main contact for our locations across Germany and explaining complex matters clearly
Team spirit and motivation to share your knowledge and put the company's shared success first
Confident use of MS Office
Good spoken and written German at C1 level
Category B driving licence
