Assistant to the School Management

The European School of Podiatry in Quierschied is seeking a committed, reliable and well-organised full-time assistant to the school management to start as soon as possible. The school is part of the Victor’s Group.

• Support the school management with organisational and administrative tasks
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and school processes
• Handle general office organisation and correspondence
• Act as a contact for students, teachers and external contacts
• Help organise and improve the school administration

• Ideally, completed vocational training in office management or healthcare administration
• Alternatively, a comparable business qualification
• Ideally, some initial experience in a secretarial, administrative or assistant role
• Strong organisational skills and an independent, structured approach to work
• A friendly manner and good communication skills
• Confident use of MS Office and digital applications
• Reliability, discretion and enjoyment of working with people
