What You'll Learn
- With us you don’t sit in the boss’s anteroom, but right in the middle of operations. In this office job you will face exciting and varied tasks.
- You juggle phone, email, calendar, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You support personnel planning and deployment in the mail centre and at the other branch locations.
- In addition you compile figures, data and facts for statistics and presentations.
Requirements
- you have completed secondary school (Realschule), higher commercial school or (technical) high school with good grades in maths, German and English by the start of the apprenticeship
- you have good German skills (at least B2 level)
- you communicate skilfully and already know MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- you prefer working in a team
- you have a quick grasp and are reliable
- you value good teamwork and friendly interaction
