In addition to controlling letter and parcel centers, it is responsible for key cross-functional areas such as revenue protection, technology, IT applications, transport, and data management. Its portfolio also includes central topics such as security, occupational safety, social affairs, occupational medicine, and packaging consulting.

The apprenticeship combines the elective qualification 'Assistance and Secretariat' with a clear focus on HR. You will take on diverse tasks related to personnel support, development, and recruiting. You work with MS Office and SAP, maintain (digital) personnel files and statistics, support employee and customer surveys as well as accident management, organize small events, and contribute to topics such as time recording and occupational health promotion.

You have completed secondary school, higher commercial school, or (technical) high school with good grades in math, German, and English by the start of the apprenticeship. You have good German skills (at least B2 level). You communicate skillfully and are already familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). You prefer working in a team. You have a quick grasp and are reliable. You value good teamwork and friendly interaction.
