Training as an Office Management Clerk in 2027

Three-year office management apprenticeship in Langenfeld/Düsseldorf starting on 1 August 2027. The training combines office organization with tasks in personnel planning, statistics and presentations.

Managing telephone calls, email, calendars, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; supporting personnel planning and staffing at the mail center and other branch locations; compiling figures, data and facts for statistics and presentations.

Intermediate secondary school certificate, higher commercial school qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur with good grades in mathematics, German and English; good German skills at least at B2 level; good communication skills and knowledge of MS Office; ability to work in a team; quick comprehension and reliability; appreciation for good teamwork and friendly interaction.
