AI Solution Architect Finance & Controlling

Our mission is to work closely with dm's business departments to optimize and technologically improve processes and make them customer-focused and future-proof through innovative applications. AI and process automation are fundamentally changing finance and controlling. You help shape solutions that truly make a difference. Permanent full-time position (37.5 hrs/week), hybrid, starting immediately.

• As a contact person, you support the use of AI in finance and controlling processes
• You design the target technical architecture for AI solutions in finance and controlling together with the business department and keep developing it
• From data analysis with SQL and model development in Python to production operation, you implement solutions yourself, working closely with our data engineers
• You evaluate AI features in SAP and help assess their benefits and limits
• You define standards for quality, evaluation, monitoring and security of AI applications and ensure data protection, traceability and regulatory requirements are met

• Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field
• Experience in designing and delivering machine learning solutions in production, ideally in anomaly detection, time series analysis or classification
• Confident use of LLMs
• Very good knowledge of Python and SQL and confidence working with structured data
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS) and a good understanding of modern software development and operations (CI/CD, testing, monitoring)
• You can weigh technical options clearly and explain results understandably, including to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with SAP or in process mining is desirable
