• The dialogue-based company culture is the foundation of our shared actions, marked by flat hierarchies, independent work and respectful interaction.
• Our comprehensive colleague-led onboarding helps you dive into the dm world and find your place in the team.
• Modern technical equipment: you have a smartphone or laptop for customer advice, ordering goods or communication.
• For good planning of work and private life, we agree on working hours together early, taking customer needs into account.
• With our commitment to an above-scale minimum starting wage of 15 € per hour, we send a clear sign of appreciation for our employees and their work.
• With our 30% subsidy for the "Deutschlandticket Job" you travel affordably. With a permanent contract, eco-friendly bike leasing with JobRad® is also possible.
• With our employee discount you save 10 percent on purchases in all German dm stores, and thanks to our partners you benefit from discounts on exclusive brands and services in many online shops.
• Mentally, physically and socially healthy: with a broad and varied program we want to sustainably support your wellbeing at work. We observe maximum working hours and restful breaks, including minute-exact electronic recording of your hours.
• Coffee, water or tea are free at dm in all work areas.
• For your retirement and security, we offer additional benefits for individual needs, such as a subsidy to your company pension or an attractive occupational disability insurance.
• We give the success of our work community back to you through voluntary special payments. These include holiday and Christmas bonuses, special payments and vouchers, and anniversary payments for your long-standing loyalty.
• Twice a year, employees with a permanent contract can lease current smartphones, tablets or laptops for private use on attractive terms.
