Advisor for Training & Development (BAW) Greater Ruhr Area

We are looking for the Greater Ruhr Area, starting 01.01.2027, likely limited to one year. We look forward to applications until 18.11.2026. Selection interviews will take place in person on 24.11.2026 in Essen. The core of the task is individual learning, development, and change support for people, teams, and the entire work community with a focus on the markets in your greater area or territories with the goal of enabling colleagues on site and in the sense of a dialogical corporate culture. The Advisors for Training and Development are the first point of contact and implementation advisors for their territories for all offerings of the Culture+Development (K+E) division. As broadly positioned generalists in the field, they identify needs, assemble suitable solution approaches from the central training portfolio for their territories, and support their customers in implementation. If needed, they organize specialist know-how from the K+E back office for themselves and their customers.

• Advising on the implementation of concepts around training and development, e.g., training concept "Adventure Perspective" and contact person for questions about training and studies at dm
• Initiating and accompanying learning, development, and change processes in market teams and territories, e.g., team days
• Strategic advice to managers on training and development as well as organizational development
• Methodological advice for learning and development processes
• Speaker activities, e.g., territory work days, leadership development, and national learning offerings
• Participation in K+E product development as well as participation/leadership in initiatives and projects
• Collaboration in a collegially led team

• Experience in employee development and change support
• Pronounced conversation skills with different target groups
• Knowledge of systemic counseling desirable
• Confidence in digital work, moderation strength, and high reflectivity
• Solution orientation, openness, and initiative
• A future- and people-oriented mindset in the sense of our corporate culture
• Willingness to work in the field (travel readiness) and ideally reside in the mentioned greater area
